Homemade Fruit Popsicles

A refreshing and healthy treat for all agesmade with fresh fruit and no added sugar!

Ingredients:

2 cups fresh fruit of your choice e.g., strawberries, mango, blueberries, pineapple, kiwi

1 cup juice e.g., orange juice, apple juice, or coconut water

Optional: 1-2 tbsp honey or agave syrup if additional sweetness is desired

Instructions:


Blend the fresh fruit and juice together until smooth. If you prefer a chunkier texture, blend lightly or stir in small fruit pieces after blending.

Taste the mixture and, if needed, add honey or agave syrup to sweeten.

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. If you dont have molds, small paper cups and wooden sticks work great!

Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until fully set.

Run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the popsicles easily.
