1 cup buttermilk

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 tsp salt

For the Crispy Chicken Tenders:

1 lb chicken tenders

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1 egg

1/2 cup buttermilk

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

4 cups French fries or sweet potato fries

Coleslaw store-bought or homemade

Directions:

1. Prep the Chicken:

Marinate the drumsticks, wings, and popcorn chicken pieces in buttermilk for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.

For tenders, prepare a dredging station with flour mixed with seasonings, egg and buttermilk mixture, and panko breadcrumbs.

2. Make the Fried Chicken:

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350F 175C.

Mix flour with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.

Remove drumsticks and wings from buttermilk, let excess drip off, and coat in the flour mixture.

Bake or fry French fries or sweet potato fries until golden and crispy.

6. Assemble the Platter:

Arrange the crispy chicken fried chicken, popcorn bites, and tenders on a large serving tray.

Add fries, coleslaw, and veggie sticks in separate sections.

Include small ramekins or bowls of dipping sauces.

Garnish with lemon wedges for a zesty touch.
