Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries A

Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries

A crispy and savory combination of juicy chicken and perfectly seasoned fries, all infused with the aroma of rosemary!

Ingredients:

4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs or use skinless, if preferred

3 large potatoes cut into wedges

3 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp fresh rosemary finely chopped or 1 tsp dried rosemary

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Lemon wedges for serving, optional

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 425F 220C. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Pat the chicken thighs dry and place them in a bowl. Toss with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon rosemary, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

In another bowl, toss the potato wedges with the remaining olive oil, rosemary, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Arrange the chicken thighs and potato wedges on the baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping the potatoes halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and crispy, and the potatoes are tender and lightly browned.

Serve immediately with lemon wedges for a refreshing twist.
