These warm, gooey rolls are filled with a creamy cheesecake mixture and fresh blueberries, making for a perfect treat to enjoy with your morning coffee or as a dessert!
Ingredients
3 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 8 oz tube crescent roll dough
2/3 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling
In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar together until smooth and well combined.
Step 2: Roll and Fill the Crescent Dough
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C.
Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Pinch the seams together to form one large sheet of dough.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the fresh blueberries over the cream cheese mixture.
Step 3: Roll and Slice
Starting at one edge, carefully roll up the dough into a log.
Slice the rolled dough into 8-10 pieces, depending on the size of your rolls, and arrange them in a baking dish or on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 4: Bake the Rolls
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
Step 5: Serve
Allow the rolls to cool slightly before serving. You can also drizzle them with a little extra powdered sugar glaze if desired!
